My daughter’s movers were delayed for hours and did not show up to the building until late in the evening, the superintendent stayed with my daughter until the movers arrived and he did not leave her on her own until the move was completed. He made sure she had proper access to the building and the moving elevator and waited up late to confirm her move into the apartment was completed.
